They gave out free samples of these at my tournament this weekend and they are amazing! I usually get really bad headaches after games from dehydration and this helped me! The flavors are very strong so if you like mild flavors this wouldn’t be your favorite! I love how it gives me the feeling of drinking a soda but it’s actually helping me stay hydrated and help that craving
